Every concluded order will have a specified postage price. The postage price is not included in the product price.
The ordered products will be sent on the following working day if the order was received by 16:00 hours.
The purchased products can be delivered as per conditions for each delivery area.
The delivery is done in accordance with conditions of the delivery service and it is deemed done in the moment the product is handed over to the delivery service. If the product sent to the Buyer or Recipient returns to Actium d.o.o. because the delivery service failed to make the delivery, the Buyer will be notified by email and the following possibilities will be offered:
- to, at Buyer’s request, again deliver the ordered product to the Buyer’s or Recipient’s address
- the cost of repeated delivery will completely be borne by the Buyer before resending the order
- to have the money for the bought product decreased by the delivery costs returned.
The Buyer/Recipient is obligated to take over the product by signing the delivery note with which he/she confirms that the product has been duly delivered. With his/her signature the Buyer/Recipient also confirms that the product is delivered undamaged.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURN OF GOODS
The received goods cannot be returned or replaced with other goods due to health and hygiene reasons, except in the following cases:
- if the delivered product isn’t the product the Buyer had ordered
- if the delivered goods have a defect not caused by transport.
The ordered goods can be replaced only in the above-mentioned cases.
