1. The Buyer and Buyer’s personal information
These General Conditions define the Buyer as a physical or legal person which orders or pays the product delivery service via Website owned by company Actium d.o.o. H. Sokola 75, Zagreb, Croatia . Any person above the age of 18 with legal capacity which accepts these General Conditions can become a Buyer. Minors and persons with partial or complete legal incapacity can order products only with the approval of their legal representative. The Buyer is the person which orders and pays the product to whom the product is delivered upon payment. The Buyer can order and buy a product for a third person (hereinafter the Recipient); the product is then delivered to the Recipient’s address. By accepting the General Conditions, the Buyer warrants that all the given information are complete and true, that he/she is the authorised user of the credit card, that he/she has the legal capacity and that there are no known obstacles for ordering and buying the product(s) from Actium d.o.o., ie. buying via the web shop. In accordance with the statement on privacy and safety of information, Actium d.o.o. collects only the basic information necessary for fulfilment of obligations.
ORDERING
Before you make your first order it is necessary to register and log in.
After your order has been accepted, all you need to do it pay the amount you see at the bottom of the order. The prices of product(s) are shown next to the product(s). The taxes are included in the price. After successfully ordering the product(s), a message from info@biosilver.eu with the details of your order will arrive to the email address you used when registering at our web shop.
PRICES
All the prices in our web shop are in euros and include the taxes.
WAYS OF PAYMENT
- PAYPAL / CREDITS CARDS which are listed on the Website (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), in total, one-time.
PRODUCTS
The product(s) in the photographs in the web shop may not be identical to the originals, especially due to different monitor settings, colour perception etc. Such cases do not represent a product defect.
DELIVERY
Every concluded order will have a specified postage price. The postage price is not included in the product price.
The ordered products will be sent on the following working day if the order was received by 16:00 hours.
The purchased products can be delivered as per conditions for each delivery area.
The delivery is done in accordance with conditions of the delivery service and it is deemed done in the moment the product is handed over to the delivery service. If the product sent to the Buyer or Recipient returns to Actium d.o.o. because the delivery service failed to make the delivery, the Buyer will be notified by email and the following possibilities will be offered:
- to, at Buyer’s request, again deliver the ordered product to the Buyer’s or Recipient’s address
- the cost of repeated delivery will completely be borne by the Buyer before resending the order
- to have the money for the bought product decreased by the delivery costs returned.
The Buyer/Recipient is obligated to take over the product by signing the delivery note with which he/she confirms that the product has been duly delivered. With his/her signature the Buyer/Recipient also confirms that the product is delivered undamaged.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURN OF GOODS
The received goods cannot be returned or replaced with other goods due to health and hygiene reasons, except in the following cases:
- if the delivered product isn’t the product the Buyer had ordered
- if the delivered goods have a defect not caused by transport.
The ordered goods can be replaced only in the above-mentioned cases.
6. Other conditions
The person making the order must be over 18 years of age. Actium d.o.o. retains the right to unilaterally change these Conditions of Sale without prior notice. Actium d.o.o. will deliver all bought products under the conditions in force at the moment of receiving the order.
7. Application of Conditions of Sale
By using the web shop services, you accept these Conditions of Sale. This Website contains information about BioSilver products and services and is an electronic point of sale. Actium d.o.o. is not liable for any damages caused by using this Website and the information on this Website for purposes outside the framework of their original intent.
9. Final provisions
By accepting these Conditions of sale, the Buyer consents to their provisions and accepts that they are a constituent part of the contract.
